1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website operated by Intereal (“the Company”), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and of visitors.
2. Effect and amendment
These terms take effect once posted on the site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, announcing any change on this page seven days before it takes effect — thirty days ahead where the change is unfavourable to visitors.
3. What this site is
This site exists to describe the Company and what it builds. Nothing is sold through it. It offers no ordering, payment, or checkout function.
Where the Company operates a separate service or sales channel, that service’s own terms govern its use.
4. Visitor obligations
Visitors must not interfere with the normal operation of the site, infringe the rights of the Company or any third party, or otherwise breach applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Text, images, the logo, and the design on this site belong to the Company or to their rightful owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used commercially without the Company’s prior consent. Quotation with attribution is permitted to the extent copyright law allows.
6. External links
The site may link to other websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or operation.
7. Limitation of liability
The Company works to keep the information on this site accurate but does not warrant that it is complete or fit for any particular purpose. The Company is not liable where the site becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disaster, power failure, or network fault.
8. Personal data
The handling of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
