Privacy Policy

Intereal (“the Company”) establishes and discloses this privacy policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
1. Purpose of processing
- Responding to enquiries and job applications

2. Personal data processed
- On enquiry or application: email address, name, and whatever you choose to include in the message or its attachments
- Collected automatically: pages visited, referrer, browser and device type — in a form that does not identify an individual
3. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for one year after the reply is sent. Application data is kept for [period] after the process closes. Both are destroyed without delay thereafter, unless another law sets a different period.
4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where a law requires it or an investigative authority requests it through lawful process.

6. Transfer of personal data abroad

7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. Email the officer below and we will act without delay.
8. Destruction
Data past its retention period or purpose is destroyed without delay — electronic files by unrecoverable deletion, printed material by shredding or incineration.
9. Security measures
Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of people, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access is logged.
10. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or identifying cookies. Traffic statistics are collected without cookies.
